• During trek, railway station, airport no luggage is carried by our people, while during the tour, luggage is been taken care, subject to traveller’s have to always keep a track with respect to any of their belongings misplaced or not received then to inform us regarding the same, as management is not responsible for any damage or loss of any luggage.
• Due to any uncertainty if any place is not visited, then management is not responsible for any refund and hence any stay which is additionally booked, then traveller have to pay for the same on tour and settle the accounts.
• In any circumstances no foul language will be allowed.
• Management reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary in case of minimum requirements is not fulfilled for the tour.
• For any Puja, Horse, Doli, Jeep, Helicopter booking we can assist by sharing the information regarding how one can book, hence we are not responsible for any arrangements.
