Cancellation Policy

At The Sair Sapata by Tatva Drishti Travels & Company, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the policies of our travel partners such as airlines, hotels, and local operators.

Cancellation by the Traveller

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or WhatsApp. The date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written communication.

Standard Cancellation Charges (for most packages):

  • 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost (service charge)

  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost

  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost

  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

📧 Note: Airfare, visa fees, and hotel advance payments are often non-refundable and will be deducted as per actual partner charges.

Cancellation by the Company

In the rare event that The Sair Sapata by Tatva Drishti Travels & Company cancels a trip due to insufficient participation, unforeseen events, or government restrictions, you will receive a full refund of the tour amount paid, or you may choose to reschedule to a future date.
We are not liable for any additional costs such as independently booked flights, hotels, or personal arrangements made by the traveller.

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

  • The refund will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Delays in refund processing may occur due to bank or third-party travel partner timelines.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear on the departure date without prior notice, no refund will be applicable.

Amendments to Bookings

Any changes to travel dates, hotel selections, or itinerary are subject to availability and partner approval.
Additional charges may apply for modifications.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, flight cancellations, or any situation beyond our control, refunds will be handled according to the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers involved.
Service fees already incurred by The Sair Sapata may not be refundable.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
